Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas (#90157) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which allows me to help clients work through trauma and distressing experiences effectively. I provide online therapy for clients all over Texas. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported on life’s journey. Here, you can gain insight, tap into your strengths, and grow emotional resilience at your own pace. My training in EMDR helps in supporting deeper trauma healing and process past experiences through an attachment-focused lens. Healing isn’t always linear, and it’s okay to move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll develop practical skills, build self-awareness, and empower you to approach life with clarity, confidence, and lasting well-being.
